Mudiwa Gavaza

Mudiwa Gavaza is a communications and media consultant at CAPSI, serving as an executive producer for the CAPSI Podcast series. He has led the institution’s video production efforts since July 2022, executing on projects across 10 countries and over 170 episodes. 

Outside of CAPSI, Gavaza is an economist and business writer for the Business Day and Financial Mail, covering technology, media and telecommunications companies. In addition, he is a broadcaster, currently hosting the Business Day Spotlight podcast and a contributor for Power 98.7FM. An alumni of Rhodes Business School and GIBS Business School, Mudiwa has qualifications in economics, information systems, business administration and financial journalism
